Booking on your website
Grove booking now lives on your own website. Settings gives you two snippets, bound to the same booking link: a plain HTML Book a session button that works on every plan of every site builder, and a one-line embed that renders your whole booking flow inline on your page. The embed resizes itself as your visitor moves through the flow, paid sessions open Stripe checkout securely in a new tab, and your connected Google Calendar keeps protecting your time either way. We verified both on a real Squarespace site before shipping.
Booking on your website
Most coaches already have a website they worked hard on. It has their photo, their story, and their prices. What it usually cannot do is take the booking: the contact form starts an email thread, and four messages later somebody suggests Tuesday.
As of this week, Grove booking lives on your site. In Settings, under Scheduling & calendar, the Add booking to your website section gives you two snippets bound to the same booking link. The button is plain HTML: paste it into a Squarespace Code Block, a Wix Custom Embed, or a WordPress Custom HTML block, and visitors land on your Grove booking page. The embed is one line of script: paste it the same way and your whole booking flow renders right on your page, session types, time picker, and payment, with no redirect.
The embed takes care of itself. It sizes to your page and grows as your visitor moves through the flow, so it looks like part of your site rather than a bolted-on frame. When someone books a paid session, checkout opens in a new tab on Stripe, because card details belong on Stripe’s page, not inside a frame on anyone’s site. Free sessions complete entirely inline.
Your calendar keeps its job. If you have connected Google Calendar, visitors only ever see times you are actually free, no matter which website the booking starts from.
We did not ship this on faith: before the release, every path (button, free booking in the embed, paid checkout from the embed) was walked end to end on a real Squarespace site.
