Grove for coaches

Let’s grow this together.

Every practice grows at its own pace. Some coaches are ready to jump in. Some want to try Grove on themselves first. Others just want to follow the work. There’s a path for each.

Curious what Sage would suggest for you?

The fastest way to know if Grove works is to feel it. Take the 3-minute guided onboarding, tell Sage who you want to become, and get a habit plan built for you. Give it 30 days and see what sticks.

If it works on you, it’ll work on your clients.

No clients required. No credit card. Just you, Sage, and a month to see if it helps.

Have a story worth sharing?

Grab 45 minutes with us and tell us what's working and what's hard in your practice. Your story helps shape what Grove builds, and it might be featured in the Journal or newsletter to help other coaches finding their way. Float an idea, or just talk it through. No pitch, just the work.

Want to shape Grove from the inside?

Early Access is a small group of coaches who want hands-on time and a real voice in what Grove builds next. This is not a waitlist.

Accepted coaches get:

  • 3 extra months free
  • 50% off whatever plan you start on, for life
  • Weekly office hours and hands-on support
  • An open line to Beth, Grove's founder

I read every one personally and usually reply within a few days. No spam.

Who we’re looking for

What working together looks like

Early Access coaches get a chance to work closely with the person building Grove. Each week, you can bring your questions, stuck points, client workflows, and ideas directly into the product process.

The cohort will stay small because the point is not just access to software. It is support, conversation, and the chance to help shape a coaching platform around real practices instead of assumptions.

Join the first cohort

Early Access is limited so every coach gets meaningful attention while Grove is still being shaped.

Get direct weekly support

You’ll have direct access to Beth each week for hands-on help applying Grove to your practice and your clients.

Help build what comes next

Your real workflows, client rhythms, and hard edges can influence the coaching tools Grove builds next.

Early access FAQ

Can I just try Grove on myself first?

Yes — it's the easiest way in. Start free, run the 3-minute guided onboarding on yourself, and let Sage suggest habits for who you want to become. Live with it for a few weeks. If it works on you, it'll work on your clients. No application needed.

What is Grove?

Grove is coaching software for independent health and wellness practitioners designed around the work that happens between sessions.

I just got certified and don't have clients yet. Should I still apply?

Yes. Newly certified coaches are some of the best early access partners: you are building your practice habits now, and Grove's self-coaching mode lets you start as your own first client. Apply and tell us where you are in your journey.

Can Grove replace a coach?

No. Grove supports the coach-client relationship and helps surface patterns and guide attention.

How much does early access cost?

Early access is currently free for selected development partners.
