The coach home used to be one layout for everyone: a triage board, built around the question “who needs me today?” That is the right question once check-ins are flowing. On day one of a practice it renders an empty board, and an empty board reads like a verdict.
Grove Home makes the layout a function of your practice stage. Under three active clients, the home leads with Plant your practice (a short, finite path toward your first client) and Tend yourself (your own daily check-in, a Daily Pulse from Sage on your entries, and a running record of days you showed up). The living grove renders above them, ready to fill.
Cross the threshold and the center of gravity shifts. The triage board becomes the hero: a handled count, a start-here client, a Tend row for everyone waiting. Today’s sessions, the week ahead, the This Week numbers, Sage’s digest, onboarding follow-ups, and your capacity move to the rails. Your self-coaching stays, in a compact corner.
Nothing to configure. The home reads your roster and reshapes itself, both directions.
Two pieces of the new-coach panel are labeled coming soon while we finish them: the warm-list pipeline (it will flow straight into client onboarding) and sharing your proof record publicly. The labels mean what they say.
